1. About This Website

This website provides general physiotherapy education and information, and allows visitors to book online physiotherapy consultations with Dr. Nikita. It is Dr. Nikita’s professional home on the web and does not represent a physical clinic location or in-person walk-in service at this time.

2. Educational and Health Information

Articles, videos, FAQs, and other content on this website (and on linked Instagram/YouTube channels) are provided for general educational purposes only. They are not individualised medical or physiotherapy advice, and they are not a substitute for an actual consultation and assessment. Please also see our Medical Disclaimer for more detail.

3. Booking a Consultation

Consultations are booked through our third-party scheduling platform (Zoho Bookings), accessed via the “Book Your Free First Session” links on this site. By booking, you agree to provide accurate information (name, contact details, and any information requested about your concern) so that your consultation can be scheduled and delivered appropriately.

Free First Session. Where offered, the Free First Session is an introductory online session intended to help you and Dr. Nikita understand your concern and whether physiotherapy is an appropriate next step. Availability of the Free First Session, its exact duration, and eligibility (for example, one free session per patient) are subject to change and to the booking platform’s own scheduling rules, which are communicated at the time of booking.

Consultations after the Free First Session. Any consultation beyond the Free First Session, and any applicable fees, duration, or payment method for such sessions, will be communicated to you separately before you proceed. Nothing on this website should be treated as a fixed price list unless expressly stated.

4. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and No-Shows

If you are unable to attend a booked consultation, please cancel or reschedule as early as possible using the options provided in your booking confirmation email, or by contacting us at [email protected], so that the time can be offered to another patient. [A specific minimum cancellation-notice period and no-show policy will be confirmed by the Practice and added here.] Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may affect your ability to book future sessions, including the Free First Session.

5. Online Consultations — Nature and Limitations

Online physiotherapy consultations are conducted over video call and depend on your description of symptoms, visible movement, and history, rather than a full hands-on physical examination. Online consultation may not be suitable for every condition. Dr. Nikita may advise you that your case requires in-person assessment, referral to another healthcare professional, or urgent/emergency care instead of, or in addition to, online consultation. 6. No Guaranteed Outcomes

Physiotherapy outcomes vary between individuals depending on the condition, its severity, adherence to the recommended plan, and many other factors outside our control. We do not promise or guarantee any specific result, timeline, or cure, and no such guarantee should be inferred from anything on this website, in consultations, or in any educational content we publish.

7. Website Content Limitations

We aim to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but physiotherapy knowledge evolves, and we make no warranty that content is complete, current, or error-free at all times. Testimonials and reviews published on this website reflect individual patients’ own experiences, are shared only with their explicit consent, and are not a guarantee that you will have a similar experience or outcome.

The content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and video thumbnails — belongs to Dr. Nikita Physiotherapy or is used with permission, unless otherwise indicated.
